Return & Refund Policy
1. Time and Conditions for Returns
- Customers can request returns/exchanges within 7-10 days (inner city: 1 day; provinces: maximum 7-10 days) from the date of receipt, provided that:
- The product has not been used and is in its original condition as delivered.
- A purchase invoice or proof of transaction is included.
- Technical defects, incorrect items, products damaged during shipping, or products not matching the website description.
- Promotional/shock price products may not be eligible for return/exchange, unless related to a manufacturer's technical defect.
2. Return Process

Warranty Policy

- All Flexinsul Jacket thermal insulation jacket products distributed by us are covered by an official warranty.

- Full warranty or component replacement for manufacturing defects, not arising from incorrect usage procedures or unintended strong physical impacts.
2. Warranty Process
