Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Time and Conditions
- Customers are required to return/exchange goods within 7-10 days (inner city: 1 day; provinces: maximum 7-10 days) from the date of receipt, provided that:
- The product has not been used, remains in the same condition as delivered.

- Technical error, wrong item, product damage due to transportation process or product not as described on the website.
- Promotional/shock price products may not be exchanged/returned, unless related to technical errors from the manufacturer.

Warranty Policy
